Friends can be sent to Australia (Domestic) or Internationally to NZ, USA & Canada.

USA tarriffs are included in your checkout price & the parcel will arrive to you with no additional fees.

Where's My Order?

Once dispatched, please allow approx 1-4 business days for Express & 4-8 for Parcel Post (info). 

You will be automatically sent a tracking number when your order is fulfilled, this number can be tracked here: Auspost.com.au (we do not have access to additional information). 

If your order is outside the expected window (and you have not been given a delayed message from AusPost), please contact me to make an enquiry with AusPost.

3D Printing

Do You Print Customs?

I do not print Multi Coloured Customs, this means most creatures sorry. I can print Single Colour items (Shelves, Castles, the boxes of Clickers etc) custom, just send me an email to enquire & I will tell you how to order and the colours I have (so many!)

The long explanation is that when you do a multi colour print, 1 item discards just as much filament as 20 so it's important for waste, time & cost for me to do a "full bed" of printing items. There's also a high fail rate (colour drag etc). So for one custom item, I would need to print 3 & charge for 10 to cover time/waste & you'd only get 1! Doesn't feel right, ya know?

What Printer etc Do You Use?

I have Bambu P1S's with AMS systems for my multicolour prints. I also run Prusa iMK3's & Bambu A1's for single colour prints.

I highly recommend looking into Bambu for your first printer.

Design Licenses

All Creatures & some of our Homeware 3D prints are commercially licensed designs. This means a very talented model designer created the model & I pay a fee to access this design, re-colour, print & sell it commercially.

Click the "License" tab on a products listing to find out who created the original file. Most our products were designed by Layers In Green, ZOU3D & Sugarpaws.

All non-creature Earring designs are originals by Cody Rose. A lot of the Homewares are also designed by Cody inhouse & will say on the listing.

Product Care

3D printed items are created by heat & as such it's their biggest enemy: no dishwashers, heaters or windowsills or else they may warp.

You can clean them with warm soapy water, a toothbrush & leave to air dry.

Safety

None of our items are intended as toys. They contain small parts & may present a choking hazard. Please be gentle with them, keep them away from small children esp those under 3.

Are Your Earrings Hypoallergenic?

All our Earring Posts, Hooks & Hoops are made from surgical Stainless Steel, a hypoallergenic metal.
